Tapas is a Spanish word meaning "on top of" usually a beverage. The size of most tapas fit on a piece of bread. Tapas Fusion tapas are a mixture of Spanish and American Flavors. Tapas Fusion also serves tasty entrees for those who wish to order a complete meal.
